Obligations of the Podcast

1. To include Sponsor’s advertising or promotional material in the agreed podcast episode(s).
2. To deliver the agreed number of mentions or ad spots in the specified positions.
3. To provide listenership statistics if requested.

Obligations of the Sponsor

1. To provide all necessary ad materials and information prior to the recording deadline.
2. To make payment in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

Each Party retains all rights to their respective intellectual property. Sponsor grants the Podcast a limited license to use Sponsor’s name, logo, and materials strictly for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either Party with written notice if the other Party fails to fulfill its obligations.

Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
• Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
